The group pursues research in the fields of nanoelectronics, nano-optics and device physics. Use of standard and more importantly development of novel micro-/nano-technology methods serve as a basement for innovative device fabrication. The main goal of our research is exploring the application of new devices in emerging frontiers of electronics, communication, energy, and life sciences.
