Henrik received his master's degree in 2021 from Linköping University where he studied applied physics with a specialization in theory, modelling and computation. Since then, Henrik is enrolled as a PhD student at ETH Zürich under the supervision of Rolf Erni and conducts his research work at the Electron Microscopy Center. Henrik's PhD project is focused on the application of analytical scanning transmission electron microscopy to heterogeneous catalysts. More specifically, Henrik studies metal-oxide supported nanoclusters on the atomic scale to reveal structural, chemical, and electronic relations between active phase, support material and environment.
