The Laboratory specializes in advanced 2D and 3D manufacturing processes, with research focused on innovative material designs, intelligent manufacturing, and sustainable production methods. Our work involves developing and applying cutting-edge process simulation tools, in situ and real-time monitoring and sensing technologies, as well as machine learning-based modeling and process control. We are also exploring the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to enhance connectivity and efficiency in manufacturing.
In collaboration with academic and industrial partners, we aim to foster knowledge exchange and facilitate the transfer of novel, sustainable technologies into real-world applications, driving positive impacts on both the economy and society.
