about the molCH Meeting

«molCH» is the discussion meeting of the Swiss «molecules at surfaces» research community, taking place annually in Bern. It was established in 2006 with the goal of fostering scientific exchange and informal contacts between participants in a relaxed setting. Over the years, it has somewhat broadened in scope, and has also become the home of the annual gathering of the Swiss UHV SPM community. The one-day «molCH» meetings consist of presentations  selected from the participants suggestions, a few invited keynote presentations, and ample time for discussions during coffee breaks and the traditional lunch in the Restaurant Beaulieu garden.

molCH 2019

The molCH Meeting 2019 took take place on June 21st in Bern with Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Auwärter from the Department of Physics of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) as keynote speaker. He gave a talk on "Molecules on h-BN: Interface Characterization and On-Surface Reactions".

The date for the molCH Meeting 2020 will be annoucend late autumn 2019.
