about the molCH Meeting
«molCH» is the discussion meeting of the Swiss «molecules at surfaces» research community, taking place annually in Bern. It was established in 2006 with the goal of fostering scientific exchange and informal contacts between participants in a relaxed setting. Over the years, it has somewhat broadened in scope, and has also become the home of the annual gathering of the Swiss UHV SPM community. The one-day «molCH» meetings consist of presentations selected from the participants suggestions, a few invited keynote presentations, and ample time for discussions during coffee breaks and the traditional lunch in the Restaurant Beaulieu garden.
molCH 2021
Unfortunately the current COVID-19 pandemia will not allow to hold the molCH meeting 2021 on June 18th 2021 in Bern in its current format. This is a pity, but of course makes sense in terms of health and safety of all participants and their relatives.
We will prepare a half-day online version of the 2021 meeting, with a keynote lecture given by Jascha Repp from the University of Regensburg, Germany and a few invited talks, as usual with time for questions and discussions, on June 18th via Zoom. More details will follwo soon.
