We at Empa's Acoustics/Noise Reduction Department deal with noise and acoustics all day long. Nevertheless, we are not the right point of contact for most noise problems in your home. Unfortunately, we can only help you with specific problems. However, there are many competent agencies in Switzerland that deal with noise directly on the front line.
