The ECMetAC Days 2025 will take place at Empa, the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology, in Dübendorf, Switzerland. The Empa Campus accommodates laboratory and office buildings, a bistro and a bar as well as the Empa Academy, which offers a big lecture hall with all necessary facilities to host an international event.

Empa is very easy to reach. We are located close to Zurich airport and therefore very well connected to all bigger European cities as well as airports worldwide. From Zurich airport it takes about 20 minutes by public transport to reach Empa as well as the conference hotel. Of course you can also reach us by train - from Zurich main station it takes appr. 20 minutes by public transport to travel to Empa and to the hotel. All participants of the ECMetAC Days 2025 will be accommodated at Hotel Harrys Home in Wallisellen. The hotel is located only 5 minutes by foot from the Empa Campus and offers modern, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is included, other services are available upon surcharge.
