Presentation should be send to the evening before the actual presentation.
Please come to the front desk in time, at least in the coffee/lunch break before your presentation, to test "the equipment"!
Poster sessions are Monday and Tuesday in the afternoon coffee breaks and evenings, as indicated in the program.
Presenting authors should be at their posters during the attributed session indicated in the program.
The poster format is max. A0 portrait (vertical).
Posters should be hang up Monday 30th May in the lunch break and should be removed Tuesday evening.
Please check your poster number Pxx in the program to find your poster stand.
