The SMAR Executive Committee (ExCom) of the Smart Monitoring, Assessment and Retrofitting of existing structures (SMAR) Conference Series is strongly committed to promoting the highest ethical publication practices and expects all submitting authors to uphold the high standards of publication ethics as set out by the Commission on Publication Ethics (COPE).
