The CRX-6.5K provides a low-cost, general-purpose solution probe station. Using a self-contained closed cycle refrigerator (CCR), the station cools down to cryogenic temperatures unassisted, eliminat-ing the need for monitoring by the researcher.

The CRX-6.5K operates over a temperature range of 8 K to 350 K and accommodate wafers up to 51 mm (2 in) in diameter.
Our system, equipped with 5 micro-manipulated temperature corrected probes, as well as a 12pin multi contact wedge probe, is extensively used for the electric and thermoelectric characterization of a range of nanoscale devices.
