Electrohydrodynamic Nanoprinting
Electrohydrodynamic printing is the most precise printing process and holds the world record for the highest resolution. This printing technique enables direct patterning of three-dimensional nanostructures with desired functionalities. Currently, a new home-built EHD printer is being constructed for the highest resolution placement of solution processable functional materials into device architectures. First examples of printed colloidal nanocrystals can be seen in the imege (courtesy of Dr. Patrik Rohner). In parallel, we are developing this printing method towards the manufacturing category with a multi-nozzle printer from Scrona.
