The ICXRL conference features the following programs:
- Scientific Sessions, organized into:
- Oral Presentations
- Poster Presentations
- Social Activities, in particular:
- Networking Lunches (included in the fee)
- Networking Excursion to Sightseeings in Rome (included in the fee)
- Conference Dinner (included in the fee)
The schedule will be published after the registration is closed, in the early summer. We will do our best to accomodate the requests made upon registration, such as the preferred form of contribution (oral or poster) and the day. Due to limited slots, the organizers will follow criteria of excellence (authors with submitted papers have the precendence) and geographic / affiliation distribution. The Conference does not have parallel sessions, such that the participants can attend all the planned sessions.
Prizes for the best (student) posters are awarded by the institutional sponsors. The prestigious Pierre Jaeglé Award 2020 will be also announced.
In order to facilitate the exchange between the participants and the the expansion of the network, the conference features additional events, besides the classical "frontal lectures". On Wednesday, 9 September (afternoon) the participants will have the opportunity to visit the town of Rome, with an organized excursion. The social dinner is scheduled for the evening of Thursday, 10 September. Details will be released in the early summer. Both social events are open to registered accompanying persons.
