Climate Measurements
Room temperatures (°C) and partially: air quality (VOC), humidity (%_rel), CO2 (ppm), occupancy. From a local weather station ambient temperature, irradiation, precipitation, wind direction and speed.
Electrical Measurements

Energy (active and reactive), power (active and reactive), voltages, currents, frequency

Each system is measured (e.g. each heat pump, each unit), additionally there is sub-metering in units to distinguish HVAC, lighting, building automation. A detail of the electrical measurements can be found here.

Thermal Measurements

Energy, power, flow rates, temperatures, valve positions

Access to data

Logins to measurements of live data, historical data and system descriptions can be requested at the ehub team via .

Live data and historical measurements can be accessed over a web visualization.

Historical measurements can be accessed via a remote desktop connection and database queries. Live data can be accessed over REST interface, Web Sockets (read only) or OPC UA.

For the sake of simplicity and overview, only the major "energy related" measurements are stated. Watchdogs, Alarms, Warnings, Boundary states, ect. are not mentioned here. The system is built up and extended in a modular fashion and research purpose. Each unit collects its own measurement and contains own controllers. Thus each unit is unique.
