Oliver Braun

 

I am a doctoral student working on nanoelectronic devices at the Transport at Nanoscale Interfaces Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Michel Calame. I joined the laboratory in December 2016. I am a member of the PhD School «Quantum Computing and Quantum Technology» of the Department of Physics at the University of Basel.

From 2011 to 2016 I studied Physics at the University of Basel.

My research focus lies on the device integration of novel quantum materials like graphene nanoribbons and their transport behaviour.

Research interests

Quantum transport, nanoelectronics, Raman spectroscopy, graphene nanoribbons, graphene CVD-growth, nanofabrication, molecular electronics.
