About us

Our work area encompasses the buildings with all their equipment and external systems along with their maintenance, upkeep and cleaning. We provide consultation to the employees when they have needs relating to buildings and infrastructure (form: Instructions, «Application for building-related measures») as well as support in ensuring economical exploitation of resources. We ensure that you have the right room temperature and humidity, the right service connections, the right furniture and so on. Employee safety and protection of the entire grounds are important matters to us. We provide access to our own vehicles and to leased vehicles and are responsible for maintaining these vehicles. By operating the mail and shipping service, the telephone switchboard and the reception area for visitors and taking care of the relevant media networks, we serve as Empa’s interface to the outside world.
