| Electronics / Metrology / Reliability Laboratory |
 |
Reliability and safety in addition to the required performance at acceptable costs are the main characteristics of high quality products and processes. The Electronics/Metrology/Reliability Laboratory has extensive expertise in the field and operates modern and high performance equipment to investigate and characterize materials, components, devices, and systems. It also develops measurement and test procedures for the nano-, micro-, and macroscale. |
